OUR SERVICE CONDITIONS AND POLICY

When we started One Splash Home Cleaning - we decided our #1 goal is to be approachable and honest.

We do not have a price list for you to browse and there is no set hourly rate to give you as a reference point.

We guarantee however that we will provide you as much of an accurate quote as possible on all of the work your house needs.

Hence why whenever you contact us we will offer you a FREE* quote upon inspecting your home.

We will organise a time to visit you for a quick walkaround (typically 15 min) to estimate the scope of work.

The day and time of service arranged during the booking process will reflect the perfect case scenario.

The service completion times may vary depending on any unforeseen factors which include but not limited to: changes in weather, complexity or condition of contaminated surfaces, difficulty accessing certain areas (e.g. special access equipment required).

We reserve the right to reschedule the job should any unexpected circumstances affect the quality of the work or interfere with the safety of the cleaning staff.

*Additional transportation fees may apply and will be quoted for call-outs to areas outside of our primary area of service - Sutherland Shire and the surrounding southern suburbs. Please message us with details of your location to receive an estimate.

we accept all forms of payments including cash and cashless: all major credit cards, paypal, bank transfer, pay id.

our quality guarantee is provided on the basis that the requested service could be completed in full and a payment has been made by the customer. we guarantee to rectify any issues within 3 days after completing the work. this timeframe is set to account for any imperfections to appear as a result of our work not done properly.

unfortunately we can not apply quality guarantee for any natural factors outside of our control that affect the result of our work (such as a severe storm that splatters freshly cleaned windows and leaves dirt on glass or creates more leaf litter in the gutters).
